Each softgel capsule contains our signature golden CBD oil to a strength of 10%. This equates to 16mg of CBD per capsule. Each box contains 60 capsules.

The recommended dosage is 1 softgel capsule 3 times per day. Simply pop one in your mouth and swallow with or without water.
