Mimosa Hostilis 10 grs
Mimosa Hostilis root bark.
Mimosa hostilis, also known as jurema preta, is a plant native to Brazil. The active alkaloid in mimosa is N,N-DMT, which is similar to LSD, but more intense.
Normally when DMT is ingested it has no effect, but by combining mimosa hostilis with an MAO inhibitor such as peganum harmala or banisteriopsis caapi, you can prepare ayahuasca, the magic potion that allows intense experiences.
Effects:
First you will feel some nausea. If you have to vomit, do it. You should not fight vomiting. After 45 to 60 minutes you will experience a religious ecstasy and the first visions will begin. Intense colors, flowers, fireworks and mandala formations. Depending on the amount ingested, you will encounter wild worlds inhabited by exotic animals, ancestors, gods and monsters. You will be confronted with your own fears and frustrations. It is important that you do not panic or try to escape them, but that you learn to control them by letting yourself be enveloped by them.
Usage:
Let 3 to 5 grams of peganum harmala seeds steep in hot water. Do the same with 9 grams of mimosa hostilis and mix them with some lemon or lime juice. Drink the peganum harmala extract, and after 15 minutes drink the mimosa hostilis mixture.
The root of the mimosa tree is also used as a remedy for skin problems and wounds such as burns, and is used commercially in skin and hair rejuvenation products.
