Effects
Catnip is a light and relaxing hallucinogen. Smoking it or drinking a strong tea of this herb gives a pleasantly calming sensation similar to marijuana, and stimulates the imagination.
Usage
For tea use 25 grams. Boil it for some time in a liter of water, then let it steep for 15 minutes. Filter, add honey or sugar to taste.
You can also dissolve a teaspoon of whole tea in a glass of water. Catnip can be used in combination with galangal, damiana and valerian root.
