Mitragynine is an indole-based alkaloid and the most abundant active alkaloid in the plant Mitragyna speciosa, commonly known as kratom. The total alkaloid concentration in dried leaves ranges from 0.5 to 1.5%. Mitragynine is the most abundant component in kratom, up to 66% of total alkaloids.

This is a standardize kratom extract containing 5% Mitragynine. Regular kratom powder conains about 0,5% up to 1,5% Mitragynine by weight. So, 1kg kratom powder contains 5gr up to 15gr of Mitragynine.
