Cambodian 10 ml
10 ml spore vial Cambodian
This strain was discovered by the mycologist John Allen ("Mushroom John") in the famous temple of Angkor Wat, on one of his trips to Cambodia.
Vial contains 10 ml of spore suspension, sterile syringe and alcohol swab.
He loves the heat (26-30ºC) and is exceptionally fast.
As short as one week after exposure of tubed trays or cakes to fruiting conditions, fungi will form. Mushrooms are medium sized in tubed grain, but can become very large in rice flour cakes.
A great aspect of this variety is its ability to form in-vitro. This means that the mushrooms can fruit directly from the inoculated substrate while still in the jar or bag. The yields are however substantially lower compared to those obtained by regular cultivation methods.
